AGM & Club Jamberoo Elections for Board of Directors 2021-22

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting

will be held in the Clubhouse at 11 Allowrie Street Jamberoo on

Monday 22nd November 2021 at 7:00pm

1. To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 14th September 2020.

2. To receive and consider the President’s Report.

3. To receive and consider the Director’s Report, Financial Statements, and the Auditor’s Report for the year ended 30th June 2021.

4. To declare Office Bearers and the Board of Directors for the ensuing year.

5. Nominations for the Board of Directors must be received by the secretary, Des Harris, no later than 6pm on the 8th November 2021. Nomination forms are available from the bar in the Clubhouse or contact us at admin@clubjamberoo.com.au to be sent a nomination form.

 6. To elect Patrons in accordance with Section 26 of the Clubs Constitution. Mr John Alexander retires and is eligible for re-election.

 7. To receive any items of general business brought forward in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association.

 8. Notice of Motion has been received by the Board nominating Des Harris for Life Membership of the Club.

9. To consider a Notice of Motion submitted by the Board for changes to the Club Constitution.

10. To confirm the ongoing appointment of Waldie & Co as auditors for the Club.

VOTING FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Where there is more than one candidate for any position the election will be determined by secret ballot in the Clubhouse on the Friday and Saturday before the Annual General Meeting. Voting hours will be on:

Friday 19.11.2021 between 4pm and 8pm

AND

Saturday 20.11.2021 between 12noon and 4pm
