COVID-19 Update

Update on COVID-19 restrictions @ Club Jamberoo

So, unfortunately the lockdown in place in the Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour areas has been extended another week to Friday the 16th of July.

We here at Club Jamberoo will remain open, as will the Wok & Grill who will remain open for both eat-in customers as well as take-away orders, however the following restrictions will continue to apply for the time being:

Anyone living or working in the areas within the lockdown area will be unable to enter the Club until the 16th of July. If you have visited those areas then please follow the advice of NSW health and do not come to the Club

Face masks must be worn when inside the Club unless eating or drinking.

Drinking while standing is no longer allowed.

There is one person per four square metres both inside and out on the green or in the playground area.

The full list of all the rules that apply to the whole of NSW can be found here.

This lockdown is difficult for all of us, as you will be aware the volunteers, staff, board, members, the whole Jamberoo community has worked, and continues to work, hard to make the Club a fun, vibrant place to be, and the last thing we want is to be locked down and unable to enjoy the fruits of that labour.

Please follow these rules and when the lockdown eases venture out to Club Jamberoo, have a meal, a cold beer and play some bowls to help us get the Club back on it’s feet.
