Round 6 Pennants

This last weekend was a bit of a mixed bag for our bowlers, the quick green and windy conditions VS Dapto Citizens were a bit too much of a adjustment and saw them take a 3 rink  and overall loss on Saturday.

However, they bounced back in their make-up game against Kiama at home on Sunday, with a decisive 2 rink and overall victory and the only rink that went down did so by a single shot!

Obviously Brian Dooley, Martin (Irish) Fogarty, Ray Ingram and Darrin (Reg) Smithard were fairly upset about Saturday’s loss as they won their rink on Sunday by a handy 43 shots…I bet the Kiama team they faced will want to forget about that!

This Saturday the 10th sees the bowlers face Oak Flats Bowling Club at home @ Club Jamberoo. Game kicks off at 1pm, get behind our bowlers!
